Shipping and Store Policies
RETAIL SHIPPING POLICY
All items, unless otherwise stated, are in stock and ready to ship. Once placed, orders will ship within 2 business days. We are closed all major holidays, and due to the fact that we are mothers, we are generally closed on school holidays as well.
LOCAL PICK UP POLICY
Local pick up is available during our in-store shopping hours. We are open every Friday from 2 pm to 4 pm. We also open up our doors once a month on a Saturday for some fun weekend in-store shopping! Please check our social media and calendar for the most up to date calendar information.
Unwashed and unworn items with all original tags may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. If you need to mail your item back to us, we are more than happy to provide you with a shipping label! The amount of the shipping label will be deducted from your store credit amount.
PLEASE NOTE: Any item purchased on sale or with a BOGO promotion are final. However if there is an issue please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. We can be reached via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
